Our experience with Lab Diamond NY was amazing. My fiance and I worked with Chirag to create exactly the engagement ring I was envisioning. From the stone to the setting to the width of the band and the accompanying wedding ring— every detail was made to according to my taste. The turn around time was also very reasonable (maybe two days). Chirag was very friendly, informative, and it wasn’t the high pressure sale situation I experienced with other jewelers in the diamond district. I have received so many compliments on my ring and my fiance is passing their business card out to everyone he knows. I wish I had the ability to take a photo that truly captures how stunning my ring is… it’s a gorgeous emerald cut with a beautiful “hall of mirrors” effect and my photography can’t do it justice but I tried!

The shine on their diamonds is unmatched, especially for the price! Been around diamond district a couple times and they have such fair prices.
The team was super friendly, offered us water and even went out to get us coffee. Chirag was particularly amazing. He took the time to explain and even let me inspect & pick my own diamonds. The diamonds were sent to be set on my chosen setting (martini) with my choice of metal (yellow gold). Everything took 1 hour which is a pretty quick turnaround if you ask me.
